Purchased in 2021, the estate was entirely re-imagined to create a true Southern Highlands legacy property. Over four years, Kyara and Clayton co-designed every element of La Gemme, travelling extensively through Europe to gather inspiration and source rare architectural elements, antiques, and materials that now form the soul of the estate.

La Gemme Estate accommodates up to 24 guests across the grand main residence and a separate guest house. The estate overlooks a tranquil koi-filled lake framed by mature landscaping and curated gardens. Accessed via two private gated entrances from Range Road, Mittagong, or Kimberley Drive, Bowral, the estate offers exceptional privacy while remaining just 90 minutes from Sydney CBD.

The Main Residence

The main residence features four generous ensuite bedrooms, additional attic accommodation, formal lounge and dining rooms, a study and library, lift access, multiple laundries, and extensive garaging.

Finishes include a bespoke marble kitchen with dual island benches, French Lacanche stove, reclaimed French oak flooring sourced from a historic Normandy church, Joseph Gilles hardware, curated European chandeliers, a climate-controlled wine cellar, underfloor heating, ducted air conditioning, Lutron automation, and an integrated Bose sound system.
