Ashleigh, comprising a total land area of 4,391* hectares, has been transformed from a large-scale cropping platform into the northern cattle finishing hub of the Rifa Salutary business. Recent investment in an extensive reticulated water system and complete redesign of the fencing layout into 22* grazing cells allows for efficient rotational grazing to maximise feed utilisation.

Located along the Gwydir Highway (6.5* kilometres frontage) in the renowned Northern Slopes region approximately 54 lineal kilometres east of the Moree town centre.

The Property covers an area encompassing a low range of partly cleared hills along the northern boundary, arable slopes to the Warialda Creek on the southern boundary and Gwydir River on the western boundary.
